The course provides a concise overview of human capital reporting, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Human capital reporting is the measurement and recording of human resource value inside a company. Diversity is the representation of different people within an organization. Equity promotes impartial and fair processes and programs within a work setting. Inclusion ensures people feel a sense of belonging in the workplace. In today’s knowledge economy, all these metrics and other corporate talent and culture considerations are under the spotlight as never before. Practitioners are now under increasing pressure from regulators, consumers, investors, employees, and stakeholders to measure and attest to all kinds of human capital data. This includes the ability to attract, retain, and develop the most talented members of the labor force from all walks of life.
