Introduction to Government Accounting ​

This course is designed to introduce participants to the basic concepts of government accounting. Participants will be introduced to various government accounting concepts including: GASB standards, fund accounting, the types of government funds, government wide accounting, and financial statements for government entities including CAFR requirement.
This course would be appropriate for, CPAs, CMAs, CGMAs, CIAs, CFEs, CFOs, CEOs, employees, managers, staff accountants and anyone who is interested in obtaining a basic understanding of government accounting.
