Maximize Excel: Intro to Macros Part 2
CPE Credit: 2 hours
In Part 2 of Intro to Macros, Excel expert David Ringstrom, CPA, takes you beyond the basics of Excel’s Record Macro feature and explains how to enhance the code you’ve created by adding error-handling features, interactive features, and decision-making capabilities. You’ll learn how to filter based on cell contents, simplify what-if analysis, play back recorded macros, and much more.
David demonstrates every technique at least twice: first, on a PowerPoint slide with numbered steps, and second, in Excel 2016. He draws your attention to any differences in Excel 2013, 2010, or 2007 during the presentation as well as in his detailed handouts. David also provides an Excel workbook that includes most of the examples he uses during the webcast.
